Refund Policy (Custom Orders)

Effective Date: January 15, 2026
Because our products are custom-made using your uploaded photos, our refund policy is different from non-custom retail items.

Cancellations (12-Hour Window)

You may request a cancellation or change within 12 hours of purchase as long as production has not started.
After production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items, including:

  • Low-resolution, blurry, dark, or pixelated photos uploaded by the customer
  • Cropping issues due to how the photo was uploaded (square magnets may crop edges)
  • Minor color differences due to screen/print variations
  • Customer-provided instructions (including repeats, photo order, or notes)

Damaged or Incorrect Items (We’ll Make It Right)

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a production error (wrong photo, misprint, defect), contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

If confirmed, we will offer a free replacement/reprint (or refund in limited cases) at our discretion.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider.
