Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us for an address issue, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Tracking

If tracking is provided by the carrier, it will be sent to you once your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:
