We print what is uploaded. If a photo looks too low-quality, we may contact you, but we recommend uploading the clearest version possible.

Q: Are these waterproof?
They are durable for everyday use, but not intended for full water exposure (do not soak).

Q: Will the colors match exactly?
Colors may vary slightly due to different screens and printing.

Q: Can I add names, dates, or text?
If you offer it: Yes—leave details in notes (may require an add-on).
If you don’t offer it: You can say “Not at this time.”

How to Upload for 50 Pieces:

  1. Upload your photos using the upload button on this product page.
  2. You may upload up to 50 images (or upload fewer and tell us how many repeats you want).
  3. If you want repeats, write it in the personalization box (example: “Photo #1 x25, Photo #2 x25”).
  4. If you want a specific order/layout, include clear notes (example: “Use images in the order uploaded”).

Tip: Clear, bright photos look best!
Photo Disclaimer
  • Please upload high-resolution images for best print quality.
  • Screenshots, heavily zoomed images, or blurry photos may print pixelated.
  • We do not edit faces, remove people, or alter backgrounds.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen brightness and printing differences.

Bulk orders require additional production time. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on photo count, season, and order volume.

  • Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the carrier and destination. Delivery estimates shown at checkout do not include processing time.

  • Need It By a Certain Date?

Leave your event date in the notes and we’ll do our best to accommodate—rush options may be available depending on workload.
Returns & Reprint Policy (Custom Orders)

Because these are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Customer photo quality issues (blurry/low-resolution uploads)
  • Customer-approved repeats/layout instructions
  • Color differences due to screen settings
We WILL happily remake or reprint if:
  • Your order arrives damaged
  • There is a production error (wrong photo, misprint, or defect)

Message us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the packaging.
